It’s time for another episode of Martina’s Midnight Munchies. Today, she’s making Almond Flour Pizza. We’re trying to go somewhat lower carb than usual because we’ve found that eating in Japan has been very generous to our waistlines, so we need to cut back on the noodles and rice and carbs. I didn’t realize how hard it is to do so in Japan. Try going out to a restaurant that isn’t very carby. Right? Really tough.
So we’re cooking at home more than usual. Here’s something we’re cooking a lot. We filmed this a week ago and just tonight made another one of these pizzas. They’re great!
